What are the odds that LSU vs UH in Sugar Bowl?????? How crazy would that be? The coach that wants to stay at LSU vs the coach everyone wants?

I'd rather LSU play Louisville. Kick Petrino's bitch arse again.

Zero, it'll be a Big 12 team. The Sugar Bowl has to take the highest ranked SEC/Big 12 teams that don't make the playoff.

We still get Jimbo, either way.

If they are stupid enough to buy him out at FSU and then pay him a top 3 salary. Then they deserve each other.

I really doubt Jimbo comes here, heard the same exact story last year and you see the end product.

Sugar Bowl is top non-playoff teams from SEC vs Big 12, so UH wont be there for sure.

And we'll know who the permanent HC will be within a few days after the A&M game. If its Herman, he wont be coaching UH in their bowl game because he'll be coming to BR to start getting in touch with recruits before the NCAA recruiting dead period and deciding on what assistants he's retaining

No, you're not excused. It's a stupid, ignorant thread and proof that you ignore facts that have been stated on the page dozens of times.

We should get Herman.....but we must keep Aranda regardless of who gets the job. Offer Coach O a great position and we are in the CFP in 2017 or 2018 the latest.

Hawaii, Utah, Louisville, and Cincinnati, Virginia Tech, Michigan, Norte Dame all have played in the sugar bowl in the last 10 years. Only twice in the last 10 years has it been Big12 vs SEC.

The Big 12 tie in started 2 years ago with the CFP for any year that the Sugar Bowl isnt one of the playoff games.

The Sugar Bowl has had an SEC team each of the past 15 years except for after 2011 season because LSU and Alabama were playing each other in the BCS title game and BCS rules only permitted max of 2 teams from same conference to qualify for BCS bowls. During BCS era, Sugar Bowl only had conference tie in to SEC...other team was at large. But now its SEC vs Big 12
