Well considering I gave them the source pic and they don't paint football stadiums they were commissioned.

They still haven't.

I think the heavy outline of the unfinished West side bleachers draws your eye too strongly. I like the piece but would think that should be more muted like the rest of the elements of the picture.

It's a good piece, glad you like it. Hang it with pride.

Thanks Sid, up close the colors and texture of the tissue paper don't reflect as strongly as the picture suggest.....the texture and detail of reused elements can't be appreciated by a photo.... Gonna look great above the work desk.

My first impression was that it was a British WWI era tank going into a ditch.

I'm not say that it is bad, but unless you have the actual picture hanging nearby, get ready for a bunch of people asking what it is from now on.

I don't like it. If you hadn't mentioned LSU I would have no idea what I'm looking at.

Hope you didn't pay too much for that.

I posted it on tigerdroppings hoping tiger fans would appreciate a cool piece.... I didn't intend for a bunch of Internet, art officiandos to tell me how poorly it was done.
what did you expect? Art is subjective. Don't be a dick when we think your personal style of art looks childish. Go ahead and claim you were just trolling is now...

Thanks for sharing the piece. In looking at the empty benches in the right foreground, we can deduce what we all have long suspected; LSU fans have always left games early and the others like to stand during games.

My g/f painted a picture of Tiger Stadium at Corks and Canvas that looks much better than that. I'm sure she'd sell it to you for the right price.
