That was the worst effort I have seen from an Oline in years. You cannot tell me that our line is that much worse than TN or Ole Miss. Does anyone think that was our best effort. We would have lost to Vandy with that blocking. They were dominated all night. I do not care what the offensive scheme was or should have been it would have failed. On pass plays they were pushing our linemen into harris before he could throw. If the coaching staff would have changed teams we still would have got our asses kicked. No running lanes and no pass protection all night.

Contributing factor of course special teams but with that blocking last night we had NO SHOT, NONE NADA.

If we play like that against Arkansas they beat our arse.

They played the best DL IN THE frickING COUNTRY.

Are you surprised they got dominated? You must be losing brain cells by the second with this garbage.

We're supposed to have the best O-line in the country. We are a run-oriented team. That performance was unacceptable. Not having many yards per carry is one thing, but their play was downright depressing

No doubt, the O-line sucked, but the coaching gave us no edge at all. Miles was laughing on TV down 20 in the second half when Harris threw the ball to the offensive lineman because he was running for his life. I didn't think anything was funny about it. No intensity from the head coach trickles down to the rest of the team. They should have played better though even with Les not being intense.

Blaming 18-22 year old kids cause you didn't like what you saw is a punk move. Blame the coaches all you want.

According to who?!?!?! I never remember this being said. Never once. I thought LSU's OL was playing better this year...but by no means "the best". Maybe amongst your group of LSU homers, but not in the forum of national perspective.

I've been saying this all day. The same Les Miles homers will sit here and blame these kids all day, and its fricking ludicrous and pathetic. I think they were set up to fail.

Yes we played the best D Line and so did Ole Miss and TN you moron. Did they look as bad as us? They managed to block we did not. What is your explanation? They are just way better than us? Don't think so.

OLine did not show up.

Les is not on the field of play. They have blocking assignments. When they get blown up it is not coaching it is playing and beating your man. Not punking on anyone, it is just the way it was.

LSU is not mean enough. Alabama plays mean.

Yeah. I don't blame players in college. They run the plays they are told to do. They line up where they are coached to line up.you can get all the top star recruits you want. But it's what you do with them once they are here that makes the difference.

The real question to ask Miles is what did Saban's defensive scheme do to make our D line do so poorly.Players don't change from game to game especially after the same D line opened up big holes in Fla. better than average defensive line.

It's game strategy and as a smart commenter said last nite, " Miles is playing checkers while Saban is playing chess. And I'll add Saban had already figured out how to checkmate Fournette two weeks ago.

We were actually in that game until the 4th quarter.

Last night we lost before we got off the bus.

The surprise is the level they were dominated. I don't remember one snap that LF got the ball that he didn't get hit at least a yard deep in the backfield. Bama's front 7 is good but they have not done that to their opponents to that degree.

It was so bad that I wondered if Bama was stealing signals.

Oh goddamn, this is the kind of trifle shite that LSU fans always latch onto. It was a comical moment during a football game. His demeanor had no bearing on anything. Grow up.

WHAT? If I'm getting paid MILLIONS to manage something and it's collapsing in embarrassing fashion in front of me, do you think I'm going to be laughing and acting like everything is cool? HELL NO - because I wouldn't want everyone around me to act like it's perfectly okay. Quit kissing Miles' arse.
