Will never happen. He won’t say it publicly but Orgeron hates Freeze. Bad blood from Ole Miss days together. I know this from someone who is a friend of Ed that asked him directly last year.

Kiffen sucked at bama that is why he was fired before the NC game in his first season there. He would run complicated low percentage plays when they were running the ball 15 yards per carry.

You're completely negating the benefit of upper classmen. You're starting every year with freshmen all across the board.
Now if next year Steve can't get it figured out then I'm with you.
But right now LSU is looking a 10 win regular season in the face.
That would be the best season since 2012.
6 years. We have the opportunity to have the best season in 6 years.
Let it play out because if the administration felt like you then we would be Ole Miss.

The two are close enough to exchange text messages and calls. Heck, Freeze even called into question Ole Miss' firing of Orgeron.
“People are not patient,” Freeze said. “I really think that we had recruited well under Ed here, and it was close to turning a corner."
