How will you feel if/when Etling saves Les' job?

Etling will be gone after next year but he will have saved Les' job.

Will you be excited with Brennan coming or bummed because Les is still here?

Unless he wins out, save maybe Bama, he won't.

Etling is a junior. He'll be here next year.

I'll be happy that LSU won a lot of games.

I forgot he's a junior. Sorry about that.

If Etling takes us to the house it should only highlight how badly Les missed on talent evaluation.

There are a 2 dozen coaches in the nation that would go undefeated with this roster.

Miles is already gone.

There has just been not enough improvement on Offense.

TAF is going all in for Herman

Etling is a gamer. Him displaying supernatural powers to win in spite of Les calling plays is only a positive.

Why would Etling leave? And not sure if he is good enough to save CLM's job, anyway...i think the defense will save his job more than the QB...he did help his own cause by changing QBs, though...

That would mean playoffs, possible NC. So I'd be ecstatic.

It's a conflicting feeling. I love seeing the Tigers win. If we win great. If we lose one step closer to the end of the Mikes era. It takes some of the sting of a lose away.
Without Etling Les would be gone at year end.
It just frightens me that Etling will get Miles a contract extension.
I like Les but his time here needs to end.

If our offense continues to be more diverse like it has been since Etling took over then I am open to keeping Miles.

Hell no. Needs to win the west before he can come back.

I think this is the correct answer for just about everyone.

I'd be willing to bet a week's pay that ALMOST everyone, including the vast majority of "Miles must go" people, just want LSU to look good and win.

Remember, you have to consider how high the bar is set for Miles to return, in your mind. If the team reaches that with a QB as the main factor, a QB that should be returning in 2017, I don't think anyone will complain.
