I would say it was 60-40 Aggies, but we were louder.

60-40/AM i'd guess... however there was this huge frickng tv that covered from the 25 to the other 25 yrd line that inabled me to see half of the other pepple in attendance, so I might not be the best person to ask.

It was 60-40 aggies at least and you could hear a pin drop when they had the ball. I sat in an endzone so I could hear both sides. Until we got back into the game, the fans pouted. But we eventually made up for it

I was in the corner and could see the sidelines. It was probably 55,000 Aggies and about 30,000 LSU. We were just as loud though.

75% Aggies, 25% LSU

Might have been even more lopsided.

If Aggies were 70% and we were 30%, Aggies would have been outnumbered in volume, IQ etc

I was on the LSU side at about the goal line, but the Aggie endzone. Where I was sitting, the Aggies were a lot louder than we were. They calmed down later in the second half, but they were blowing our section out of the water. Of course, we were sitting straight across from the band and student section so it may have been where we were sitting.

They got their asses handed to them where it counted, but thier fans were deafening.

I would think the numbers were around 60-65% Ag's.

I agree 65-70% Agg's, but the only time they were loud when they were doing there rocking back and fourth.

70 / 30. Deafening up through the 10-0 lead. Their noise backed off once we scored. They thought they were going to rout us. I had three 18 yr old aggie bimbos behind me who were shrieking "wrecking crew" in a high pitched squeal. By the third quarter, their noise was not a factor in the least. By Q4, quiet as, well, a sick border collie.

I was in section 337 and agree with this. Couldn't see the other side of the field from mid to uppers due to one freaking big arse huge tv.

70/30 at best. At the game I could see the lsu corner and I was thinking more like 25 % LSU.

It was so lopsided because they bought up all of the tickets a week before LSU even got an invite. Shitty way to handle it imo.

70% Aggies, 25% LSU, 5% AT&T employees/locals

Just proves my theory that we don't travel well.

Even though attendance comparison was that lopsided, we were just as loud. The LSU fans that did go were really into it, yelling on every play.

Hopefully we have better numbers for the LSU-Oregon game in Arlington.

so 30k fans isn't traveling well?

if the game was in new orleans we would have had 60k in the stands. you know sorta like how dallas is a close proximity to a&m's campus

Texas A&M found out a WEEK before LSU did. They bought up all of the tickets before LSU fans had a chance.

We didn't have 30,000 there.

Read what other posters are saying who were actually there. LSU fans made up 25%-30% of the attendance.

25% of 80,000 = 20,000.

College Station is about 3 hours from Arlington, so it is not like Baton Rouge to New Orleans. Sure Aggie fans are closer, but LSU should have traveled better.

There is no way in hell it was 70-75% Aggies. I was on the Aggie side in Sec 303 (corner of the end zone), and it looked like the other half half of the stadium was all LSU. A&M had a majority of the end zones, so it was probably 60-40. Maybe 65% if you're being generous.
