It's a political stunt. But if it sticks, LSU is fricked.
And even more so is ULL and Southeastern.

Or show the hypocrisy of Louisiana Republicans who want the Evil Big Government out of business but will freak out when somebody offers to do something about it. Or when their precious local university that hemorrhages state money is up for the chopping block.

Except it's not intended to do that at all. Many people would be fine if they slowly removed TOPs. But that's not what this is. It's for shock value only.
