i just dont understand how someone in his profession cant lose weight unless he has a medical problem.
he has access to trainers, strength and conditioning coaches, dieticians, state of the art work out facilities, etc...

I agree. I always wondered how coaches who are out of shape and fat could possibly expect kids to respect anything they say in regards to being fit and working hard to stay in shape. What happened to leading by example?
