NMSU is a really bad team

Yeah, we had four turnovers in the 1st quarter and were still up two TDs when the 1st quarter ended.

The chemistry really changed when Harris was put in. I don't know if it is an undefined leadership quality or what...

The O-line seemed like it opened up more and bigger holes for sure..

That Harris looks much more capable of moving the ball than Jennings.

The line about Jennings playing "mistake free football" is a pile of non-sense. Maybe Harris is more prone to an INT but which guy gives you a better chance of actually moving down the field? Harris has proven that it's him. Jennings performance showed me that if he starts against Auburn (and other SEC games) we can expect more Mississippi State like performances.

Quite honestly, I think this is a lost season by LSU standards. We have a quarterback who probably isn't very good and a promising quarterback who's a 19 year old true freshman. Harris is going to make mistakes and at some point he's going to look lost and lose us a game or two. But I think the future is better of by getting him playing time now.

Jennings is inaccurate and makes poor decisions

What did we see tonight that will be meaningful next Sat?

Well... we saw 1 QB throw 2 INTs, lose a fumble, and had some horrible passes. And we saw another go 11-14, 178yards, 3TDs passing, and 5 carries for 36yards and 2 TDs, and our offense responded much better to this QB as well.

Hopefully, LSU can take away who their starting QB is or should be for the remainder of the season. the results are stark between the two.

Harris looks better than Jennings......but I'm not getting too excited at this point.......those 4 turnovers in the first quarter would put LSU in a bad spot against even a mediocre SEC club. Let's see how it goes against Auburn.......

Tonight wasn't much more than a glorified scrimmage. From this point on, we'll find out a LOT more!!!

That LSU fans really suck for booing a 19 year old making his 5 start on a stage they've only dreamed of playing on.

I didn't hear people start to boo until Jennings had two turnovers and then came back onto the field. Seemed like they were booing Miles decision, not Jennings himself.

EDIT - Not saying that the people booing were right to do so, I'm sure a lot of them were directing it at Jennings, which you should never do. But I can understand people being upset with many of Miles decisions.

Not sure why you replied to me, but the other guy was talking about Jennings being 19, not Harris.
