How many people still refer to Mathieu as honey badger?

Idk if it's just me but I always say honey badger when talking about tyrann Mathieu. To me he will always be the honey badger.

I think everyone knows him by Either his real name or his nickname. So I dont think it matters all that much. Next time say the little ball of hate and see how people respond.

I never did, even when he was at LSU. I always called him TM7 over text and Tyrann or Tyrann Mathieu in person.

My dad's not good with the names of LSU players, so that's usually how he and I refer to him in conversation. Other than that, though, not often.

I think some of it is a lot of people aren't completely sure how to say his first name.

But the nickname obviously fits his play.
