How many of you remember when we would have given our eye teeth

FOR LSU TO BE A TOP 10 TEAM?
I remember when we rose to 5 in 98 and Georgia came in an beat us and I almost cried. It was the highest ranking Dinardo ever had. All downhill for him after that.

That UGA game was one of the most disappointed I've ever been after a lsu game. Thanks for bringing it up.

Never thought I would see a Top 10 LSU team after living through the late 80's and 90's. Recall staying in line all night for some GD Indy Bowl tickets. Think about this for a second...waiting in line outside the LSU ticket office for some GD INDY BOWL tickets!!!

25 year season ticket holder here, plus I regularly attended games for years before that, so yes I remember when the team was never considered a contender, let alone regularly in the discussion. In fact, I've had season tickets long enough that I remember times when I couldn't give them away.
