Well, since you brought up "stones", how about you show some stones and take a stand now. If you're AD, and Miles' contract is due at the end of the year, do you negotiate a new contract or get rid of him?

TCU would be looking for another coach.

In addition, if you make more money than 90 percent of your peers, and sale the same... you'll be downsized.

rest assured: if the won lost record included a last second loss to UT, version #1, the fundraising for the buy out would have its own website by now.

problem is we won.

this is a perfect example. What you fail to admit, Les, who is stinking it up right now, is selling out the house every game. The bottom line for a CEO, he's a dumb son of a bitch, but he's not going anywhere.

No, that's where we disagree. Les is not selling out the house every game. LSU football is. It has become much, much bigger than Les Miles. The 2 national championships (to his credit, Miles coached us for one of them) is what is selling out the house.

However, we aren now moving away, 3 years removed from the last one. There are clearly management and communication problems that start and end with Miles. The losses have started to add up over the last 2 years. Les Miles, and LSU, is becoming the butt of every joke nation wide. Recruiting will suffer. Then, tell me if you really think the place will keep selling out.

Do you wait for that to happen, or get proactive?

By your logic, none of us could ever be unhappy with any politician if we haven't been politicians ourselves. You willing to stand behind that logic?

Nice deflection. I take that as a no.

Sure, only a coach can have a valid opinion about that end of game clusterfrick.

My coaching experience: 0

My ability to know you spike the ball with 24 sec left: > the Miles/Crowton show.

Extremely bad coaching karma. Remember this post when your arse gets in a vise. The day will come.

True, but I think the losses started coming over the last 2 years. We started out 4-0, 5-0 those years.

Gotta feeling we're in for some losses this year.

I own Smokey's Tobacco (5 stores) in Jackson Co. MS. Good enough?

Okay - I'll take your word for the store thing. I have a Director level position at a large international corporation with over 50,000 employees. What exactly any of that has to do with not being able to see that Miles and his staff cannot manage games is beyond me. Anyone in the ranks of management personnel should be able to apply the basic rules of root cause and corrective action. As a business owner you should be able to see that Miles clearly does not understand how to apply these basic management principles. He can explain the root cause, but he has no idea how to take corrective action.

You have become the jackass of this board faster than anyone has.....with one thread. You asked three questions and haven't even answered them, yourself.

Go fall down somewhere.

1. Played small college ball in MN
* Coached High School ball for 7 years in a top 5A program in MN
* Played for a guy who coached in the NFL and currently is a D Coordinator in the CFL
* Spent time with Tony Dungy breaking down film when he was the D Coordinator with the Vikings, etc.

2. What type of proof do you need, without having stalkers?

3. An Educator, Realtor, and Real Estate Investor who has taken time off from Coaching until my kids are older and healthier.

I am still connected in coacing circles and needless to say, I have gotten phone calls, emails, and texts asking me what the hell is going on down at LSU!

I'm not a doctor either, but I know that blood squirting from a hole in someone's neck is a trouble sign.

Jesus she has everyone up in arms. This is a chick. From my experience even the smartest women no very little about football or anything else for that matter. What say you men? Argghhh! Women should stick to what they know. Nothing. Now shut up and go get me a beer.
