Tim Tebow
Danny Wuerffel
Marcus Allen

Pat Sullivan
Steve Spurrier
Billy Cannon of course
Frank Sinkwich
John David Crow

Also Jason White - 2004 Sugar Bowl
John Cappelletti - 1974 Orange Bowl
Johnny Rodgers - 1971 Orange Bowl

And Tim Brown...he ran back a kickoff or a punt for a TD.

I left the game a half to watch Mike Tyson becomethe youngest heavyweight champion. Nov 22, 1986

Knew I forgot somebody!
Thanks...

Cannon
Tebow (Fla 07, 09)
Wuerffel (Fla 93, 95)
Charles White (USC '79)
Pat Sullivan (I think he won it--Auburn 69 or maybe 72--not sure which year he played in TS)
Steve Spurrier (Fla 60s)
Steve Walsh (did he win it?--Miami 88)
Tim Brown (ND 86)

All I can think of off the top of my head.

Sullivan and Auburn came to Baton Rouge in 1969, his soph yr. LSU came to Auburn in 1970. The two didn't play in 1971 (his SR yr) and then played home and home in 1972 and 1973-- all four LSU wins.

My first LSU game ever. Oct. 25, 1969. 21-20
Andy Hamilton caught a halfback pass from Jimmy Gilbert on the first play from scrimmage, and George Bevan and Bill Thomasan blocked Auburn's last XP attempt to seal the win. We were ranked 7th or 8th and Auburn was 5th I think.
Our only loss that year was next week at Jackson to Archie 26-23. If Mac had kicked the tying FG, we would have played #1 Texas in the Cotton Bowl for possible NC.
I was 6 years old....

This is why i hate the cross division "rivalries". Should be a rotating schedule of cross division teams where every 4 year player gets at least 1 home and home vs every other team in the conference.

Eli Manning was going to be one, until the Tiger defense destroyed him.
