After reading the Vol boards, they're scared we're going to have 20,000 plus in Neyland. I figured we wouldn't have as many people make the trip this year since there are so many awesome road games, but with our strong number of fans in Nashville/Memphis/Atlanta near by, along with the fact the Vol fans are dumping tickets left and right on stub hub for face value, who knows? I do know of a dozen or so LSU fans that have just gotten tickets this week.

Probably not the normal amount we would expect given the two big road games this year were Oregon and West Virginia

I don't think we even sold our full allotment of tickets. You can't even get face value with this ticket. My guess is definitely less than 10k

I also have to give credit to Vols fans for traveling well last year to Tiger Stadium. Under 1st year coach Dooley with a down program, they had a solid 8 to 8500 fans in orange in Tiger Stadium. I was impressed.

Better question may be how many fans will UT have in Knoxville? Their season is rapidly spiraling down the toilet having lost their #1 QB, WR and RB to injuries and the #1 team in the nation coming in.

True, but having the #1 team show up always brings out the crowds. UT vs. Kentucky might not draw fans in, but everyone wants to see UT try to knock off a #1. This will be their super bowl.
