Ridiculous. Should have been a personal recognizance with no cash to line the pockets of a bondsman.

On another note, that's kind of crazy that what he did is an arrestable offense, as opposed to a "Get the frick out of here and don't come back" one.

This is America. We love to arrest people for stupid shite.

Well, if he resists arrest after waving a gun around in a parking lot at customers. Then refuses to comply with officers and continues to resist even after being tased twice. Then is a 4 time felon who isn't even supposed have a damn gun but has one in his pocket and has threatened people with it. Then it would be "amazing" that he got fricking shot.

Well maybe not.

when you were a kid there were no casinos in La. so the law didn't address this issue.

This is a ridiculous charge. I have been to some of the world's finest casinos and I just turned 21 yesterday.

Yes, I had a fake i.d. or they let me in because I look and act much older than my age.

I have seen older people act like fools. There is no indication that Lanard was there for any reason other than to have a little fun.

This should be a ticket and a $100 fine.

This is a non-story. He just deserves a firm slap on the back of his neck.
