And we add a very solid freshman class.

With what two time defending champ Florida lost, LSU could be preseason favorite for the national title.

As Coach Miles would say, we "like our Damn strong team" this season!

We hardly lose anybody but neither does Michigan. We should be in the top 4 almost all of next season, but don't know if we have what it takes to win it all.

I disagree, we definitely have what it takes to win. Beth has improved this program in such a short time. We had the best season in history last season with only one senior starter and all with underclassmen pitchers. We only lose AJ Andrews. I expect Landry to move to CF and, let Satchell or Thymes compete for RF.
We have a top 10 class coming in that features a combination of versatility and lots of power. The players that will receive lots of playing time are Shemiah Sanchez, Amber Serrett and Sydney Smith.

I hope Beth will allow Bell to move to 2B and let Serrett and Sanchez battle for SS. There will be lots of experimenting going on this fall from what I have heard.

Pitching should be better, the underclassmen with experience and another off season definitely will be better, also Sydney Smith will definitely be in the mix in the rotation a lot this year. She is a top 15 player.

Hitting every year has gotten better, so why not again this year? We will have a veteran lineup sprinkled in with freshman hitters who bring lots of power. You will definitely see a change next year.

This team definitely has what it takes to win it all. They have experience, depth, great leadership among the veteran players, and a coach who knows how to get the most out of her players.
