Those stats are pretty similar to me. But, I don't know. Apparently you have to be on a good team to be in consideration for the award

Daniels is in the conversation. Just need to win out.

He was in it last year after beating Bama but then we lost to A&M

Actually Daniels is better when you add a few more stats:

QBR:

Sanders: 72.3 - 36th in country
Daniels: 86.1 - 9th in country

Rushing:

Sanders: 49 carries, -43 yards, 2 TDs
Daniels: 60 carries, 292 yards, 3 TDs

Because ESPN has been gagging on Prime and Colorado since the beginning of the year.

Why do you think Daniels isnt in the discussion?

Unless odds have changed, he’s still around +1800 which puts him at 7th best.

Where’s Sanders?

Colorado’s schedule has been tougher than LSU’s thus far.

He was absolutely not in the Heisman race after the Bama game last year.

He could be in it this year, but he won't win because LSU simply won't be good enough.

You are getting a hard lesson in who really runs the sport, the media.

Colorado is a Tier 3 program that would get passed over if it went unbeaten or was knocking on the Top 4 with any other coach not named "Prime".

Because Colorado is overachieving and LSU is underachieving. Nothing more than this.

Not really. Oregon and USC combined is better than FSU and Ole Miss combined even if you think FSU might be slightly better than USC or Oregon. TCU and Arkansas are probably about even. Nebraska and MSU are about even. Colorado St is better than Grambling.

So no, our 5 games so far have not been "astronomically harder" than theirs.
