Doesn't matter because there's no change incoming. I'm sure your post was well thought out.

I believe he is. His speech the past few years certainly make me think so.

I don't see the need to beat a dead horse now. Miles is gone. LAst thing I want to do now is bash the guy.

Yeah didnt mean to come off as hateful to the man, he will forever be a legend at LSU, just had alot of things I felt like as fans we were real disappointed in over the past decade, but alot of things we were proud of for sure.

Agree with everything you've said except the Lacy and Collins statement. Dutchtowns coaching staff are Bama dick suckers. Period. Any kid we signed from there recently is a praise to our recruiting staff. I want say how but I know this for a complete fact.

Was wondering why we only got Eric Reid and not Collins the next year? That would explain it

You let Eddie Lacy and Landon Collins leave our own backyard, they went to Dutch Town HS, 10 miles away from the campus, how do you let that happen?

Yeah, How the hell could Miles have let two kids that he has no parental power over leave the state. He should have forced those kids to attend LSU, no matter what it takes. Damn that guy!

I AM NOT going to trash Les Miles as a man or a representative of the university of the state I was born in, he has done a great job at that.

You wrote 11 paragraphs after that quote. All but 1/2 paragraph, you trashed Les Miles. Nice job.

Didnt trash the man, he is an LSU coaching legend, do you disagree with the results weve been getting or what else I said in my statement besides the Eddie Lacy part?

Yes you did. Go back and read your op again.

I didn't say I agree or disagree with the results we've been getting.
All I said was it doesn't matter where these kids go to high school, if they want to go to alabama or Texas or Notre Dame or Southern Cal, if the opportunity presents itself, that's where they're going to go. And even though you stated you weren't going to trash Miles, you did indeed trash the man.

I dont think you read the original subject? Try to re-read that and offer an opinion that is on topic or at least relevant to the entire OP rather than your moral crusade on my post, id like your opinion on his tenure and the incoming change

Is the story about JJ being carried in drunk the night before the NC game common knowledge?

Not common knowledge, heard from former players on that team, I wont say names, they didnt want to be crucified similar to T Bob Hebert, who did speak out against Miles after the game...

Okay, this will be long. You wrote a god damn novel in your OP.

Third paragraph you said that Miles is being judged for the last 5 years of poor recruiting and lack of QB development. And that Miles is the singular problem with these issues. I'll admit that there has been a few years of subpar QB play. Last year in particular. A couple of years, QB play was decent. I don't see an issue with recruiting, if you're going to go by what the recruiting services claim. I'm have no inside info on the team, but I believe Miles does not coach the QB's. Your comment sounds like a shot at Miles to me.

Fourth paragraph you said that Jamarcus Russell was the last good QB we had. Matt Flynn was just as good in my opinion, Jarrett Less had a good senior season, Mett had a great senior season, and there was a handful of games this year where Harris looked good. You also said that LSU use to have a bruising offense, all developed under Fisher. Fisher been gone a long time, and some of the QB's I mentioned were never coached by Fisher. And the LSU offense has been just as bruising or more after Fisher left. So , you give no credit to Miles and his staff. All the credit went to Fisher.

Fifth paragraph, you talk about how lucky the 2007 National Championship season was. You said " how was MIles the key to winning the title". Another shot at Miles. He was the god damn head coach, that's how he was key to winning it. What you seem to be saying is "all the games we won, is due to the players. The two losses are all on Miles."

Sixth paragraph. pretty much the same as the last paragraph. You said "ask yourself, what did Miles do to get us there?" Again, he was the fricking head coach. Then you said "he held us hostage for a raise from fricking Arkansas?? Really?" Another body blow to Miles.

Seventh paragraph you talk about poor clock management, penalties and undisciplined play.

Eight paragraph. You complain about Miles booting Perriloux and Mathieu off the team, and allowing Jefferson to come back to the team. Perriloux and Mathieu deserved to be removed from the team due to repeated team violations. Jefferson sat out 8 games or so and was allowed to return after his legal issues were over.

Ninth paragraph. You complain about recruiting again, (Bridgewater, Prescott, Shepard) and whine about "ridiculous assistant coaching hires."

Tenth paragraph was the rant about letting Lacy and Collins to go to bama.

Eleventh paragraph. The complaint now is LSU players tearing it up in the NFL, yet playing on mediocre college teams. We've had some crummy seasons, but not every year has been "mediocre."

Last paragraph, you state the the university and the state is know as the "fighting tigers", but Les is not part of that.

These are the things that you said in your post. You stated the you were not going to trash Les, but damn near every paragraph you wrote, has a shot fired at him. That's why I replied to your original post and said what I said.
