I don't know but I'll be 35 next week, and I can still shoot, pass, run an offense and play defense as well or better than any of our guards except Blakeney.

I'll add that while I won't get many rebounds athe 5'10", I can at least put a body on someone and box out and make sure one of the opposing team's players doesn't get it either.

I bet you can throw that ball over them there mountains too. Shut the frick up Uncle Rico.

Shouldn't be too hard being it's at a all time low. Wait until LSU gets into the SEC schedule they won't win a game. ULL is better than LSU. That should never happen in any sport.

You ever heard of Trent Johnson?

I would love to know where people get that LSU is supposed to be this great basketball powerhouse. I went to LSU from 93-99 and we didn't make the tournament once. Most of that time Coach Brown was at the helm, didn't make one bit of difference. It was horrible, so I'm totally happy to be competitive and win most times. I appreciate making the tournament every few years. The state has decent talent, but I can hardly fault the top guys for wanting to go to a powerhouse and play on a bigger stage. Makes me appreciate guys like Dupree, Tyrus and Thornton that became stars from nothing.

This board is toxic for basketball talk and always has been. All people do is run down our team and players. Its just awful to read..

-I was in school 08-12 and my freshman year when we won the SEC the crowds were pretty good. When Xavier came in there were lines up and down the PMAC for the student section. It's completely possibly to have a good atmosphere for games.

-As far as recruiting, this isn't football where you have to get 25 guys a year plus walk ons. There's enough talent in this region for us to get 3-4 high talent guys each year which is all you need recruiting wise to be competitive

They had Shaka Smart in their hands and did not make the move............
Alleva could've hired Tony Bennett when he was still at Washington State back when Johnson was selected.

BTW, I was in the Basketball Band in 80 and 81.

Back then, LSU Basketball was an event that rivaled Football. Hard to believe, but the AC was rocking like Tiger Stadium. Everybody wanted to go and the Arena was sold out most games!..................
