Not even close, our QB can't even make the roster on either of these 2 teams. The game has changed to an athletic physical fast paced game, we need to have a major change in philosophy and that won't happen with Les Miles. These teams are impressive especially the offenses. Don't see any SEC teams that can keep up with these 2!

Watching this game, after watching our bowl in person, it seems as though we are light years away from playing on this stage, at this level.

well you have to remember in our bowl game we had a DC that didn't give a frick.

2- Les deciding to start Harris.

If Harris doesn't know the offense and if he doesn't put in the work as is rumored, how would it help?

I'm sorry. Did inject a bit of logic into the mindless Harris fan club?

Just tell me how do you know for sure that Harris is the answer to your dreams?

Barring a complete overhaul of the offensive gameplan and finding a way to teach a QB, they are light years away

And that was if we still had Chavis

There offence looks no better than ours last year. Mett throwing to obj and Jl with Hill running all over everyone.

Except OSU is doing it with a third string young QB, after doing it all year with the second string young QB.
The gulf in offensive coaching is on display tonight. Urban would've won 10-11 games this year with this LSU roster.

We are a qb away. I dont know why Miles keeps recruiting dual threat qbs to run a prostyle offense. These Dual Threat qbs probably havent ever taken a snap from under center. Most of those qbs were in a spread offense with MAYBE 2 reads and we are asking them to run a prostype offense, which is the most complex offense in all of football.
Its clear Miles has a problem projecting talent at the qb position. I thought Cam would help with that.

Our scheme is fine. The problem is that our scheme has to have a qb that cam execute and make the defense respect the deep ball.

The pessimist in says we have a stubborn, antiquated HC that hired his buddy as an OC (who had been fired from his last two stints).

But we have talent.

The optimist says we have seen glimpses of greatness with this staff and these players...we just need experience and much better QB play.

The offense urban runs is far more simple than what we run. They run the same play 60% of the time. They just execute those plays really well.
