As long as we kick the ball through the end zone on kickoffs more often than not, I'll be happy. They were trying to get way too cute the last few years under Peveto and Les. Just kick the damned ball and get your defense on the field.

agreed. Too much risk with trying to kick it to the goal line so we might tackle them inside the 20. Not much difference between a team driving 75 yards vs. 85 yards against our D.
Just blast it through the end zone and eliminate the risk of kicking out of bounds or giving up a big return. We should have a strong D - let the opponent start at the 25 and we'll be just fine.
