Interesting, I have watched football for years and have seen the backup go in for victory formation hundreds of times and no one complains. But now it is a "shite" move?

you can't make this kind of stupidity up

Yes, but have you ever, in the history of college football, seen a "backup" who got his team to a #1 ranking treated this way??? I think not. This is unprecidented. Period.

I hope Lee gets his chance in the game, not because JJ failed but because he's earned it.

Yeah, this statement has a tendency to really piss some people off on this board.

I am on my phone, so I am not going to go thru the whole cut and paste for you. Op questioned the kneel. ice Cold says, paraphrasing, hey, just because he didn't flunk doesn't mean he didn't have academic problems. To me, ice cold was offering an explanatiOn for miles' treatment of lee, including the kneel. If you don't like how all that played out or think I mIsperceived it, fine, but frick off, Internet cop. I dont believe it was punishment, so it is really a moot point.

SHUT UP about this! It is Coach Miles team and he can do what he sees fit! I am not going to argue with 13-0 and #1 and going to the National Championship. You must be a glass half empty kind of person. Just stop this madness! Geez! Get a life!

Defense, running game and special teams have more to do with the success of the team than either QB. That really isn't debatable.

I don't really concern my self with fairness or feelings of players in major college football. I'll leave that to the bleeding heart crowd.

The problem is fans like you who keep crying about the way he got treated. Never in the history of college football have I seen so many people complaining how a player got treated. It's football you earn playing time, you don't get treated to it

What some of you don't remember is that JJ has only been the starter for a month. I am sure Les wanted to give him as many snaps as possible. It takes a while for a any QB to get used to a system and his receivers and JJ did not get a chance to do that at the beginning of the year so he has to do it now.

If JJ is the QB that can beat Bama, and given that he missed significant practice/playing time early in the year, why would any other QB get significant playing time? JJ needed the live action...as much as he can get. See WKU, Ole Miss, Arky, Georgia.

Miles has played the QB who gives the team a better chance of winning. How is this so difficult for people to understand? There is no conspiracy here, rantards!

With 94k in posts you would think that you would have learned by now that you don't have to particiapte in posts that you are sick of. Anger management may help your issues more than reading posts of this nature.

Let it go. I know that you think that you are some kind of white knight that needs to rush in here and reascue JL. Let it go douche.
Just remember a few things.
Les Miles is smarter than you are.
Les Miles knows more about football than you ever will.
Les Miles knows more about the LSU team than you do or will ever know.
Les Miles has this team undefeated doing things HIS way.

Your continued attempts at shite stirring are starting to get downright absurd.

Now go outside and ride your Big Wheel. That will make you feel all bettah.

The question isn't about who gives the team the better chance of winning (i.e. who should be the starter) ... most rational fans agree JJ should be starting. It's more a question of why JL hasn't seen more (any?) playing time once the game has been put out of reach. Generally, if you have a player on the bench who has contributed significantly to a highly successful season, he is rewarded with some playing time in mop-up duty ... JL hasn't been awarded that, and many people wonder why.

You are very common, and you have no sense.

The development of everyone, including Lee, being academically eligible has made this topic something to once again ponder. Unless, of course, you are unable to ponder....much like yourself.
