How do we make sure we keep Coach O and Wilson?

I don't think there's any point in getting a new head coach if it means we lose out on two assistants that are that good. Can we get them to stay here?

If the new staff wants to retain Frank, it would depend on his ability to get a head coaching job or coordinator gig making more than $600k. His problem is I don't see a huge market of teams wanting to import our offensive production.

We make sure the incoming HC knows that. Any incoming coach that would let O and Wilson leave shouldnt be our head coach.

I think Ed will get a coordinator or head coaching gig. I think Frank will try to do those things.

Lots of HC gigs open... I wouldnt be surprised if both left. We NEED to retain them for recruiting purposes

We will lose the whole staff. Hopefully the new staff can get on this recruiting class and save it.

Coaching changes mean all coaches are free agents. They all need to do what is best for them.
Sometimes getting away is best for all involved
Would like some to stay but can't blame them if they want to leave.
Miles should have given Frank a chance at offen coord after Studrawa in my opinion

The new coach should be ecstatic that he has two of the best recruiters in the country in place
