Because administrators think he's cute. He's a backstabber. Aranda is gone.

Probably because he had been an interim before and did a good job.

Okay. But as Trump would say, the previous experience was bad experience. And I'm not talking about the brief stint as interim HC at USC. There's a reason that title was interim in the first place.
