shows one game. Offense struggles a bit, Les is coaching for his job, why wouldnt he be making sure the plays he wants are called if his job is on the line? Show me pics from every game in his tenure holding the cards while the offense is on the field.

I believe this is a big part of our struggle. Plays get in late. Players are in a rush to get the ball off and it's causing confusion, false starts and other discipline problems
