3rd or 4th. Technically she did block the girl's path to the plate but she was also waiting on her to apply the tag.

Per rule.. it was obstruction... it's a bullshite rule and needs to be fixed. It took everything I had to teach mine to position themselves so the runner has a lane & let the ball take her into where Carson was at. That rule changed 30 years of coaching it differently.... it was too drastic of a rule change in my mind and hurts the game
