I think we'll never win another Nat'l Championship under Miles helm. I think we will severly struggle to win a SEC Championship (not sure if we will or not). I think we'll consistently go 9-3ish (which isn't bad at all). We are all just hoping for more.

+1

Les will never fire Crowton. Plus, Someone mentioned attrition in the Offense since the past few years. Other teams have attrition, why is our's subpar. Look at the complete opposite direction of our program and Alabama's in the last 2 years.

One bad assuption. A good bit of our offensive talent is no longer on the team. Check the attrition of the 05,06 and 07 classes. 7 OL, 1 QB gone, no QB signed in 06, no FlBk signed - 05 - 08.

We have a lack of talent at QB and OL at the senior level. This is hard to fix. This is a recruiting mistake.

This. But it was not a "recruiting mistake" as to the offensive linemen. Guys quit, transferred or got kicked of the team. The failure to recruit QB's and FB's was a mistake.

LSU's offensive problems will be solved with the maturation of the younger players.

LSU had a great class in 2009 and Miles is putting together another great class for 2010. The future of LSU football is fine.

Next year will be more telling about the direction of the program.

This year will be ok. Even with 4 losses some will see it an improvement over 5 losses....as sad as it appears.

Next year LSU loses a lot of players and has a real OOC schedule.

Now I am not a big fan of Les's coaching abilities

How bout his coaching results...you know, 47-12, 4 out of 4 in bowl wins, national title and such. Are you fan of those?

The good head oach can coach players up but a good coach with a team full of talent like LSU wins/competes Sec Championships and National Titles

Miles is a average coach but is a good recruiter. Whether you like him or hate him, he will be around for the next two years as his buyout is too big if you fire him
