That guy was a legend. A shame he passed. Reggie Rambo was damn good at Peabody too.

My apologies to you "lying Ryan" for never hearing of a guy at UTEP that has scored 2 ppg the last two years. I'd bet the bank that your knowledge of Louisiana high school basketball history in the last 20 years is weak at best. I can tell by your responses lol. When I Speak of talent from the past all you respond with is that you know of those guys......geaux Tigers. On to north Florida. Reath and Victor will be a great pair. Anxious to see Jenkins on the floor when he returns from the knee injury.

quote:All Ive commented is this thread is about your false info and for saying a 4ppg Sampson is better than an 8ppg Evans. Dont sit here and make me look like I dont know what Im talking about when I keep proving you wrong. Clearly the talent was better in the late 80s and 90s, but Johnny continues to miss out on talent in LA. Thats what I meant with the first post in your beloved false thread

Your constant name calling has enticed me to call you out on your knowledge of Louisiana talent over the last 20 years. I'm confident you don't know much about the talent we produced in the 90's and the early 2000's. just calling a spade a spade "lying ryan".

Im familiar with the talent, I really am. You are just too fun to mess with. I truly am sorry that I triggered you

Lol Familiar with the talent "lying Ryan" is like saying that #7 for the LSU football team is a good player. Don't know his name but he's really good. C'mon Ryo I know you can do better than "I'm familiar with the talent". Do some research young man. You will be surprised to see just how loaded the hardwood was with basketball talent. Dale Brown and John Brady did a terrible job in those years of keeping talent in Baton Rouge.

You ever heard of Shaq?
Posted on 11/18/16 at 10:15 pm to MarcoPolo
No he wasn't. So people forget about Markel Brown? Dude was unbelievable.
Posted on 11/19/16 at 6:50 am to Ryan3232
Ryo, Shaq isn't from Louisiana. To enlighten you a little more. We do know "the diesel". Actually had the chance to do business with him in 2012. One of a kind with a personality larger than life. Get back to researching the guys that I told you about. You need a history lesson on it lol.

DJ Augustin cruised to state titles, and I still think LSU has a Natty with him at the helm of those BR boys. fricking Katrina. His game was effortless. Always in total control with NBA range in HS.

"Lying Ryan". Mavarich isnt from Louisiana either. You need a history lesson terribly. jason and josh mavarich did grow up here though.
