Save all the "HUR DUR CRINGE COMMENTS"

If you are a grown arse man who is confident in yourself you truly don't give a damn about looking any kind of way on social media. The only people worried about dances looking cringe are folks who take Tik Tok dance challenges seriously.

NOW TO THE POINT.

The video posted of him with Danny Lewis has EIGHT MILLION views.

Get this. a video, a recruit posted on his on social media with a Coach DANCING has him 8 million views in a couple days.

Can you spell NIL? Do a little jig with your Coach, BLOW UP on social media, leverage that new following for NIL deals. Freaking genius.

Using the hate for Kelly, viral spread of the videos, to build platforms for recruits to leverage NIL. I freaking love it.

And not just the NIL deals but the viral exposure. I work with high school aged kids and the lengths they go through to try to “go viral.” They see a kid like Danny Lewis go viral with 8 million views. The social media generation of recruits will eat this up!

I am old and I love it. Those that are bashing it are those that didn’t want him in the first place and it would not matter what he does. The dude is a winner and now he has all the resources he needs so sit back and enjoy the ride.

I sort of agree with you but if Ed had done this, o boy.

People overrate 1 viral post way too much. Danny Lewis isn’t going to be set for life because a post of Brian Kelly dancing with him went viral. It’s not like he has millions of people following him now. He’s got 2,200 followers.

That’s because if Coach O did it, he would have been doing it like a jackass for no purpose.

Kelly is calculated and confident. He saw it went viral the first time. So what does he do? He brings in the “inventor” of the griddy dance for a big recruiting weekend and goes mega viral again.

He’s calculated for sure.

Nobody is going to be set for life for 90% of NIL deals. Nobody is claiming the kid won the power ball.

But two months ago he was a low key 3-Star committed to Cincinnati in football.

Now he’s got offers from LSU, Bama and has a video with 8 million views.

Sounds like he can leverage that for a few tens of thousand of dollars in college if you ask me.

Shows the power of the LSU platform for potential recruits.

The video does basically nothing for him. Going to LSU, Bama or Florida will. What ever NIL deal he gets will be because of the school he picks not a viral video. I’ve seen several people mention this and it’s just not a thing.

For those counting at home,

8 million views = 10 football seasons of full Tiger Stadiums

Welcome to today's college football. We've been waiting for you.

Yes. I’m wrong. Danny Lewis is going to receive tens of thousands of dollars for 1 viral video posted in January of 2022. Businesses are going to be lining up to advertise to his 2,200 followers

This. He’s nationally viral. That equals a lot of attention for the LSU program.

dont get me wrong, I love the exposure and benefits of going viral and the attitude that he really don't give a shite about how he comes off to these uptight A holes out there, but yeah, if coach O did this most people up in here would be losing their shite about it. Also if the coach of another team did it I dont think I would find it so cool. But that is our coach so I 100% love it.

I’m an old fart, but couldn’t care less about his dancing. Hell, if he wins he can bring in dancing midgets for all I care.

I like the dancing. I don’t like the use of the verb cringe as an adjective.
