The Eating Crows have little understanding that to win is not automatic. TX, GA, USC, FL and others all have similar talent to us. Miles has put a NC caliber team together and it is NOT just talent. Our next move is to get a new OC to complete the process.

negatigers are dumbasses, they are the fan who never played wasn't the best on his side of the street much less his high school. Miles has a better record than Saban, even in big games. It's was nice redemtion for him this weekend to out coach Saban.

Les Miles is great, and I hope he never changes! Having him as the coach makes the game even more fun to watch.

Well, it's obvious the players hate Miles, that came through loud and clear.

I know as a fan I won't always get my way but think of it as a stockholder. If the company your investing money into isn't doing to well you want to voice your opinion.

This is the dumbest argument ever.

If you buy a light bulb that does not make you a stock holder in GE.

Buying tickets to football games means you are buying the product to ENJOY the product. IF you do not ENJOY the product then DON'T buy it. It IS as simple as that.

Please don't think that people booing is going to cause a man who's lively hood is on the line to start listening to the whims of fickle fans.

This is one of the stupidest things posted on the rant. If a head coach has a stadium full of his own fans booing him, do you not think it puts pressure on him to make changes? His boss is having to write open letters to the fans asking them to support the product regardless of quality. I wouldn't want to put my boss in that position. I think it was pretty clear that Miles would have given Malvetto another year had it been soley up to him. Fans have plenty of power.

Yeah, LSU being 7-1 and in the BCS Top 10 was a real pisser, huh.

Yeah, nothing to be proud of when LSU is 7-1 while playing a schedule that's in the teens in SOS ranking.

Why is it that some of us have such high expectations of everything/everyone, but ourselves?

That is such a good question.

Of course you are just accepting mediocrity.....

miles is very inconsistent in all of these categories in my opinion. the team is playing their butts off and are not reaching their full potential, imo.

Ah well, it appears the people closest to the situation don't agree with you. Have fun on the interwebz

Yeah, I think I have been told/heard such a few times.

It appears the team has heard that BS too.

There's always new ways to play the "we're disrespected" card.
The sad part about the whole thing is that the team and the coach can't seem to get fired up for anything unless they have someone to hate or feel disrespected. The signs of a rudderless ship. If you can't get fired up and focused to play (even McNeese) BECAUSE you are an LSU Tiger and you are playing in Tiger Stadium, then I can't help you. You shouldn't need any other reasons.

Kinda a strange statement coming from one who "can't get fired up" as a fan for the LSU football games...even Bama if I recall correctly, but each to our own.

Wonder if they would have still won if the whole fanbase was blwoing smoke up their arse and acting like the always played great....

Or would there not be the motivation to "prove everyone wrong"?

If all of the "negatigers" really hated the team and Les Miles, then LSU would have played in front of 46,000 people Saturday. Many "negatigers" that have been griping for the last month, myself included, have been to every home game and want this team to be as great as it's potential will allow it to be. This team has underperformed at many times this year, and that's frustrating. The 2nd half on Saturday (all game for the defense) was the kind of performance that can win championships. And that's why Tiger Stadium was rocking from the Randle TD on.

But nobody should say that the fans have given up on this team. The fans were there Saturday, just waiting for a spark, and when that flame was lit, s*** got real!!!!

I guess the negatigers have a place in our fanbase too. They make the team hate the fans enough to where they rally around their coach and play harder to prove them wrong.

Hopefully they keep booing. LSU will keep winning.

I'm no nega-Tiger but I think you're placing blame/giving credit based on a pretty good-sized jump in logic. There are literally hundreds of media personalities that have pointed out the weaknesses. Jai could have talking to anyone, not just negative fans. You're reaching.

the reason i dislike miles is that i dont feel he is doing the players justice. i think the guys on the team deserve a coach who plays to win, can manage a game, doesnt unjustly show favoritism, and demands discipline.

Hey asswipe, why don't you let the PLAYERS be the judge of that...not some board messenger like yourself...that THINKS he knows more than the coach's.....

You say that with conviction, like you know me and you know my head coach.

Since when does a play have to love, respect and admire their head coach. I can say without hesitation I loved my teammates and my offensive coordinator who I still commnicate via email on a monthly basis. I don't get the impression any of them think I am a dick.

Glad you had such a positive experience with your own head coach.
