If you'd watch the interview, coach says it best. It's not about football, but more about life. Lael took this thing in the chin and looks ready to go. I don't like the Cowboys as much as the next guy but I respect them for letting a deserving tiger have his moment that he deserves

I see a movie about this coming in the future...as JJ says...it's a great story. Talk about being Blind Sided. And in my opinion it will be an inspirational story about having faith in God in the midst of uncertainty and adversity. As bad as I hate the Cowboys, I will be watching them now and rooting for La'el to succeed not only because I bleed Purple and Gold, but because of how he handled this devastating blow to his career. In over 30 years of me personally seeing LSU players in the NFL, I've never been more proud of the group of Tigers we have there currently.

And don't kid yourself, this staff led by CLM has every bit to do with how they're shaping these kids lives. They do everything they can to recruit, and develop character.
