Harris' most impressive drive yet..(With film)

His best drive yet has been the last minute drive he lead at the end of the first half vs South Carolina.
Two Minute Drill
The video starts at the beginning of the drive.
First pass: Harris does a good job of looking off the secondary on a called screen play. the rush gets there sooner than expected and Harris makes a great throw to Fournette while being tackled.
Second pass: Harris looks to his first read to his right. Doesn't like it and checks down to Fournette. A little hot on the throw, but Fournette should have caught it. Harris can be seen yelling at Fournette(or Tyron Johnson who ran the route he waned to go to originally) for some issue on the route.
Third pass: Dupre runs a go route or a skinny post (not sure) and Harris fits it right in the window on one of the most beautiful throws of the day. These intermediate throws seem to be where he is best.
Fourth pass: Short five yard stop route, hoping for YAC. Harris puts it on the money. Should have been a half second earlier on the throw. Ball should have been there right as Dupre turned around so he could make one move and go.
Fifth pass: This is the one that is almost intercepted. The ball should have been thrown a half second earlier again and more in a rope. Dupre could have scored on this one if it had more heat on it and was a tad earlier. Or he should have looked at another route. Him and dupre had just connected on two big passes so i'm sure he was feeling that connection and was hoping to go to the hot hand. The safety noticed the same thing and almost came away with the turnover. His worst throw of the day.
Sixth pass: This sequence is probably his best decision of the day(right after his worst decision, which shows that his bad throw didn't shake him) and shows how far he has come. Third and 7. Big down to keep the drive alive. Five wide receivers. The two slot guys on both sides run deep routes toward the end zone. The outermost receiver on the right may run to the endzone too. Not sure. Johnson and Dural run 7 yard in routes. Harris looks to his first TWO reads towards the end zone and doesn't like it. He then makes his THIRD read and checks down to Johnson to get the first down. This play showed me that he has really progressed and is NOT a one read QB like some say. Great Decision.
Seventh pass: Gets the Offense in formation and spikes the ball with 14 seconds left.
Eighth pass: Makes his first TWO reads and does not like them. feels a bit of pressure and escapes the pocket. rolls right and heaves it out of bounds to live another day. good decisions all around. Could have stayed in the pocket a tad longer, but he trusts his mobility.
Ninth pass: 3rd and 10 with 8 seconds left. Has to be a quick pass. Harris looks left then right and does not like what he sees. Prematurely escapes the pocket, but has the awareness to quickly throw it away to preserve time on the clock to kick the field goal.
Summary for you TL;DR people..
Overall, Harris did great on this drive outside of the bad decision on one throw. the commentators were praising him for his good decision making throughout the entire drive. Sure, it didnt result in a Touchdown, but with the game close and points needed in a four point game, Harris did great. Did not force the ball and made (mostly) good reads.
For those who say he is a one-read QB, this drive proves the opposite. he made up to three different reads in one play and did it consistently.
QB is not an issue on this team. I believe if Harris needs to win a game for us, he can, and will, do just that.

Hargreaves plays CB, so if anyone intercepts that pass, it would be the UF safety
and Harris throws that ball 1 sec earlier its a TD, even on UF

He was basically saying that Hargreaves picks off that ball in that spot instead of that USCe DB.

No problem. I'm assuming you are/were a helicopter pilot in the military. Thank you for your service!

Ummmm...the entire post was an analysis of the drive in the USCe game. It was not a simulation for an upcoming game.
why not say "Bama LB will have sacked him on a blitz by then"
Or, "Ole Miss will be ahead by 9 points by then" if we are projecting a NEGATIVE outcome for a future event.
That misses the point of the thread. It was a breakdow of one drive that has already occurred.

I see you know your way around helicopters, as well as logical reasoning...
