Hated Spurrier now I miss his cocky trash talking arse
Really hated Tuberville now I miss his arrogant arse.
I’ll undoubtedly miss Saban one day.
Weird how that works.

Spurrier was always fun as hell, even when he was kicking our asses.

I hated Tubs but kind of look back fondly on him only because we usually got the best of him and he was helpless to stop our ascent.

Neither of those apply to Saban and I will not miss him ever

I’ll only miss him being “the Big Bad” and the standard we tried to take down. There’s something to that.

But, really, I’m glad he’s gone.

i’m already sick of the LSU fans who are having sympathy that Saban is retiring. I say Good Bye! won’t miss you, no the game won’t be the same, but i’ve had my fill of Nick. From being fricked over year after year, knowing he was the dirtiest recruiter before NIL than any of them, and now that there is a level playing field, he’s packing his shite, good riddance.

The Alabama game won’t mean as much.

But it’ll be nice not having to go into that game every year being surprised if we win

Seems like after the 2012 debacle, we have had this game circled as a loss

You can’t get excited about the idea of roundhouse kicking Alabama into an endless death spiral?

This is the former divisional rival that stole our destiny.

Sure, I would’ve liked to see Kelly get a few more shots to set the record straight… but I’ll settle for getting their next 3 coaches fired.

Spurrier

I really thought that he would have been more successful in the NFL.

He’s kind of overrated in a way. Sure he dominated a weak SEC East for years. Tennessee and Georgia were down for a large part of the early to mid 90’s.

He does have the 1996 title but you’d think he would have won more national championships with his notoriety.

In fairness, you could argue he revolutionized the game (Spurrier). Even though he only got one NC, he did kind of usher in the new style of passing offense. I absolutely loved smashmouth running football, but in hindsight this is way more fun to watch.

Saban was the greatest college coach ever. frick that guy.

And how in the hell did Tuberville make this list?
