Depends on our OL. Hopefully Canada can keep them guessing,

Only way it happens is if canada just has them completely fooled and on thier heels the entire game. Teams have done that to saban in the past, just not us

I think so. He can create. LF7 is a great back but needs the Oline to give him a hole.

Gotta keep it outside the tackles in my opinion! The leather helmet football days of straight up the middle ain't gonna get it. I think Canada will get it done.

Would be ideal if half his yards or so came on screens in the first half

Still remember the one run run where if LF just cut back he would have had a long run

Last year Guice hit the holes faster than LF, due to LF's ankle.
It's not impossible, we just think it is.
We must throw screens, flare outs and 3 step drops with faster releases.

It all depends on Canada's gameplan. You are not going to outmuscle Bama in the trenches and we continue to run into the wall year after year including last season with O at the helm. You have to use motion, you have to use plays in space, you have to go vertical, you have to change timing. Simply put, you beat Bama with brains over braun.

So, Pitt vs. Clemson last year? I'll take it.

Depends on the offensive play calling.

Hopefully, our coaching staff will have a game plan unlike Miles' staff, who should return their paychecks for doing absolutely NOTHING in game preparations for bama.

Is our offensive line going to be good enough against their front 7? Will we able to pass enough to keep them off balance?

The problems we've had moving the ball against Bama have really had nothing to do with inadequate backs. Guice can't do much if we are predictable and can't open holes.
