IF Les is still planning on 2016 being his last season then LSU may need to hire his potential replacement as a coach in waiting IF Cameron is let go. Recruiting becomes an issue if Les is only here for one more year & the replacement is unknown. Greg Roman would be the ideal candidate in my opinion. The offense would be able to maintain the power run system while modernizing to incorporate the spread & a mobile QB. Roman only has college experience with Stanford under Harbaugh but he was the OC with the 49ers during their 3 NFC Championship appearances. He was able to maximize Kaepernick's talent who has fallen off in his absence. He has also made a career backup (Tyrod Taylor) in to an average NFL starter.

Would he want to though? He will probably get an NFL head coaching job within the next few years.

I would imagine the coach in waiting tag would need to be included for him to consider it.

So that is his plan? Told you himself, huh? Les isn't going anywhere and he isn't making any coaching changes unless somebody leaves on their own and he has to replace them. Same show for the next four years, woohoo!!!

Can he BBQ? OR, can he dial up a mean toss dive?

If no to either/both, then Les does not possess the want
