His points about the 2015 class are what I've been saying

A classic example of a highly ranked train wreck of a class.

And he was kind because he never talked QB

And the classes have to be good/great and not average...
Maybe 3 classes....

That pretty much sums up our plight and it won't get better any time soon.

Yes, yes. We gleefully wallow in our ignorance and wear it proudly. Education and intelligence are to be mocked.

You can't even convey your thoughts in a cogent manner, and yet you expect us to take your O thoughts seriously. You're definitely part of the O contingent though. Congrats.

I honestly don't know how you remain on this board. You are condescending to every single poster that doesn't have the same beliefs as you, and in fact, you bash them. Newsflash, not everyone that refuses to shite on the team and O, is in fact an O supporter. The fact that you have an agenda to bash O 24/7 says all that needs to be said. You clearly have no job because you are on here all day every day.

Admin needs to take a serious look at posters like you that openly bash the head coach, calling him all sorts of derogatory names. You don't have to be pleased with him, and in fact this is the perfect forum to express disappointment...but the excessive slander needs to be stopped...asap..and there are many others like you.

I will say they did a good job of taking out the trash yesterday in that Ed Paris thread.

This is one of the dumbest attempts at bashing O out there. He had some good classes in 16 and 17...especially on the line on d...but they are young...but a lot of studs. 14 and 15 appear to be the screwups. Besides that,a rec coordinator isn't nearly as responsible for classes as the head coach and coordinators...but that doesn't fit your agenda.

Those of us that were REALLY looking said this shite two years ago. When i saw the 2015 class's i was like WTF and all the Miles pumpers yelled about the ranking.

frickers don't know shite

Miles was falling off and had to start taking head cases, players that other coaches saw through or, as in 2015, nobody at all in critical need areas. So. We had the "highly ranked" class that would have been GREAT if we played 7 on 7 at LSU.

Agreed. Too many look only at overall class ranking. The sec is won in the trenches.

An excellent article and goes to show that Miles left the cupboards a wee bit bare. It'll take CEO two more recruiting classes to get the program turned around. Hopefully he can last that long. All in with O.

How many programs has O rebuilt or turned around?

people who end the conversation with class ranking are complete morons and should be ignored from that point forward. Haven't they ever looked at how classes are ranked? They are ranked on a point system based on the overall rank of the player. Which is great and is certainly worth looking at. But you have to also recognize that such a ranking system will allow you to be ranked very highly even if you go 5 years in a row without ever recruiting a defensive lineman. Well I'm here to tell you. If you have the number one class 5 years in a row and you didn't recruit any defensive lineman your defense is going to suck

He built up some pretty damn good talent for the next coaches at ole miss. He has did a pretty damn good job replacing dline talent here. This bashing shite by dumbasses like you has to stop. I'm not even a GD O supporter but this shite is ridiculous and only hurting us.

He built up talent better than Cutcliffe and pretty good relative to Ole Miss.

He’s not doing a good job relative to LSU and Les Miles right now.

Very average recruiting class. Meanwhile Tom Herman and Kirby Smart are absolutely wrecking recruiting.

Oh great, an article by one of the dumb shits that pumped O as the right man for the job to win right away now saying he needs time because the guy he replaced left the place in shambles.

How any of these local hacks keep readership is beyond me.

They wanted access to the program so they pushed O and Ponamsky, and now they are realizing that the "any idiot can win big in BR" nonsense isn't true at all.

Well, you got your access that you wanted, it just isn't the same program you thought it would be once the change you wanted was made.

Stew in it

Sounds like he should have stressed player development and recruiting some of those players who transferred out to stay.

Lol. All I heard was that this was LSU, we won't miss guys like fournette, beckwith, white Adams. We have so much talent.

But now we have to rebuild, give O time.

Well Orgeron was the dline coach and recruiting coordinator. Article specifically stated not signing a DT. So now two years later, O says we need to go juco? It's his fricking fault they are thin at dline. It's his fault for not going juco before this season if they knew they were thin.

The Narrative was always Les with More. Going off the class rankings. Now you guys say the team isn't talented? I mean God damn. A lot of this staff were part of those recruiting efforts you are complaining about. Including Ed Orgeron.
