Just seems like it came outta nowhere. His dad went here. Seemed like he had a good head on his shoulders. Best shot at playing time this year. Makes no sense unless he hates the coaches or broke up with a girl or something

I'm still not seeing anything confirmed from any of the beat writers. I wonder where this news is coming from?
I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around this because he was one of the few freshman to get significant playing time last season. It just makes no sense for him to transfer.

This is weird. I mean he actually got decent playing time as a true fresh on a loaded lineup.. Now multiple positions are up for grabs and he's transferring this fast?

There's obviously more to this story. I liked Byrd a lot. Thought he could def be a starter next year.
