Gray and Patterson on Hornsby's GW (Mickles, The Advocate)

"I saw it when he shot it and I said, "That's in." It kind of looked like it was curving a little, but I was like, "That's in."" -Patterson
Hornsby: "The morning after the Kentucky game, I was really disappointed that I didn't hit that shot....I felt I had an obligation to text Coach Jones and apologize."
After Jones replied that he had full confidence in him, Hornsby stated to Coach that "One day, I'm going to make this shot for you."
SO EXCITED to get ALL of these players back next season!!!! ....and this one is FAR from over!!!!

Patterson was not mad at all he is just one of those guys that doesn't show emotion. This is a great read and I'm glad Hornsby got to make that shot he deserved it.
