No we didn't. We won the game 17-8. That was in 1990.

That year was a whole hell of a lot like this past year. We had Jesse Daigle and Chad Loup splitting time and basically both of them were good enough to be a "half starter" but neither one of them ever stepped up and blew out the competition.

I really liked Loup. He was a man against boys in high school while at U High. In college, not so much. But he's a great guy, is a doctor now in Gonzales.

LSU won 17-8 I think.

That was the 1990 game. I was a freshman at LSU. We won that game 17-8. I only remember bits and pieces of the UGA game (season opener) so no more Jack only beer for the eaTme game.

i think he means the '86 game. LSU won 35-17
