Wares highlight is really similar to Kevin faulks back in the day - he cuts effortlessly and seems to glide when he runs

Ware seems to have the moves and speed to take it to the house on any play. Does anyone have the 40 times for these backs. And I know that football speed is different than pure 40 speed.

Thanks for the post. Verrrry impressive.

I watched JC copeland twice. I realize the speed quotient increases as you step up your level of competition, but that kid is quick. All the 2010 higlights looled good.

So happy to see some football as opposed t talking about football.

I was also impressed with Worle as a blocking fullback, kid is a beast. Kadron Boone (sp?) is not afraid to go up and get a ball above everyone else and appears to have decent speed also.

Been told by someone within the program that Ware is "far and away the most talented RB". He said it will be very difficult for this guy to redshirt because he's that damn good.

I'm not a huge fan of redshirting RBs anyway. If he is that good, I really hope he plays. Great RBs can make a huge difference in CFB. He'd probably be a good STer as well.

I do think Shep makes it kinda difficult to play 4 true TBs, because I think he'll likely get the carries that a 3rd/4th teamer normally would, whether it's from the "wilcat" or whathaveyou.

Ware was seriously underrated by a lot of people on here, I looked at the guys HS highlights one time on the recruiting board and knew what kind of great talent LSU had scooped up out of Cincy, Big Ten terrritory, and I'm shocked.

this kid is basically a bigger, faster version of Knowshon Moreno!

I seriously think he's the least heralded 5 star LSU has ever had; literally there are people who don't know who he is.

I knew two guys from Cincinatti back in the day during college and mentioned this kid years ago. They said he was the best player in the area as a sophomore. Needless to say they're pissed he's wearing P&G!

somewhat the same in the Army bowl...all the star power got the attention and Ware looked like the best player there.

He doesn't even mention Theriot as a possibility for fullback. According to Dandy Don, this is the first season that Theriot is healthy and he's up to 240. If this is true then I would think he would be in the mix for the FB job.

bit of an overstatement there, Knowshon was a high 4.4 guy and Ware isnt close to that. Hes also not that much bigger than Moreno was coming out (10-15 pounds). Regardless, im pumped to have all of those guys, Ware, Copeland, and Worle were impressive as hell on those highlights. I like Gore too, dominating 6A HS football in Miami is no joke. Always good to have a smaller speedy back who can cut like that, especially to compliment the big powerful backs we have.

Didnt Ware jump to 5 star after playing ridiculous in that game?
