Can we request that they look more like the USCe band during halftime?

Have you ever seen their band? They're not very good. A couple of years ago they hired an LSU alum to direct their band. The USCe pregame even has a 4-corner salute in it.

Not a fan of their pre-game or fight song, but their alma mater is beautiful.

Oh my goodness man it's a football game, not a damn war or something. I know it may be hard to believe but respecting others is a fairly common thing regardless of team allegiances.

Anyhow, it's a class move and more than they had to do with the short notice. Geaux Tigers

Very classy move by TGBFTL and a lot of work. It reflects well on LSU and the state of Louisiana and, most importantly, supports SC in their time of tribulation. GEAUX TIGERS!

I went to the Michigan Ohio State game last year and TBDBITL played Hail to the Victors. I was completely shocked. You'd (now almost) never see an SEC school do that. Could you imagine the Auburn band playing Yeah Alabama?

Saw this on Facebook Regarding the band. Pretty Cool.

2/3 of the LSU band had plans for this weekend before finding out they were going to have to play Saturday in Tiger Stadium. He said ALL of them forfeited their plans including many airfare tickets that were bought so they could perform at the game Saturday. A big shout out to the Tiger band.

Interesting little tidbit from ESPN.

LSU’s band is learning South Carolina’s game-day music -- including the Gamecocks’ fight song whose lyrics were written by Paul Dietzel, who coached at both school

Well 1/3 of the band had planned to go to USC, so there's that

But still, really cool of them.
