Choose one of the following:

A) I have been concerned about Miles all along and the recent meltdown is what i expected

B) I have been a fan of Miles all along, but the recent issues have me greatly doubting him

C) I have been a fan of MIles all along, and I see no real reason why he is still not the best for LSU

A) but I wouldnt call it a meltdown. we'll wait to say that next year if the QB play isnt more steady and something isn't done about the defense.

D) Miles won me over with gutsy efforts the first two years--especially the hurricane season of 2005--and last years NC sealed the deal. I have confidence that he will right the ship.

Miles earned my respect during the latter part of the first season. He still has it.

untrue. There are a handfull of us who have gotten shite for 4 years because we have issues with him. Quite a number were openly disappointed when he decided to stay last year.

How about, I believe that Miles is the right choice for LSU, but I believe that he made a mistake on the DC hire and he should correct it?

D- I was not sold on Les in the beginning but now know he is a good HC. I also know what an embarrassment fans that post threads like this are to my Alma Mater.

I did. But, I was really excited when he let Jimbo go or let him walk, which ever happened, because that 06 offense underachieved big time.

Fans have issues with every coach in the nation, or have had issues with every coach in the nation at some point.

Looking at the BIG PICTURE, he has pushed all the right buttons up until this year. Not talking about little nit picky things like wearing his hat high or not blitzing on one play.

LSU has had the best 3 year stretch in their history. An SEC title. National Title. 3 top 5 finishes. Top recruiting classes. Top draft picks.

He's done just about everything right in the grand scheme of things.

Bashing him in the past is unfounded. To claim now that you have seen this all along or saw this coming is just a joke.

Fan's change their tune and allegiances by the play...I guarantee after last year in New Orleans that ANY of yall were saying Miles isnt the man for the job.

For me:
quote:

I have been concerned about Miles all along

if he fires the DC's
quote:

I see no real reason why he is still not the best for LSU

if he doesn't fir the DC's
quote:

but the recent issues have me greatly doubting him

I'm closer to "A" but I don't call it a melt down. Just an erosion of properly coached players since Miles recruits have been inserted into the line up. This staff has not done their job.

This team has made us "idiots" appear as if we know something about football. ;)
