Is it me, or was the pitch to Morris particularly nasty? It had a lot of movement to it, but he crushed it.

It was a good pitch and it even broke down and in on him. He just did a great job of hitting it. Remember also that the wind had been blowing at a good clip from straightaway center all day. Miami's Pat Burrell crushed one earlier in the game with the bases loaded that would have been a grand slam any other day. Warren just hit a line drive right down the line where the wind couldn't do much to it.

That was recorded by my neurologist here in BR, Dr Gladney. Told me the whole story a couple years ago about his dad being there. IIRC, his dad originally wasn't going to go due to health reasons but he talked him into it. Still gives me chills.........a lot of onions in the room, too.
