It's frickin garbage. Good luck getting any audio to actually work. Then you purchase more of the app and it STILL doesn't work. And when you email them to tell them it doesn't work, they give you an automated response.

Pretty good gig- charge for a subscription and don't deliver.

Yeah, for the past few years I have had no problem either. The video wasn't available on the phone until about 2 weeks ago. But it works now. I watched the beginning at a restaurant on my phone and now I'm streaming I from my ipad to my TV. I have never had a problem. The audio is behind but that's not the GZ fault. The tape is delayed and apparently we are hearing the live broadcast from the Arkansas ath dept and watching the feed that is delayed

I finally got it. I had to download the app and play from there. I didn't realize that. Thanks for the help.

I got audio to work by logging out, deleting app, reinstalling app, restarting phone, logging in.
