GOAT opposing team fan post

I'll assume I won't need to hear "it's great to be a Florida gator" too often Saturday, which is great news!

This is why I read message boards. This guy is even more down on the Gators than I am.

And, I gotta admit, for a Gator, that was written very coherently.

Funny stuff. It will make it to a Nole board as soon as I can copy and paste.

Oh, it will be.

That being said, take care of yourself. I hope you and yours are out of harm's way.

Post of the decade by an enemy!! Very true and funny on ref of golden girls, millennial students etc...

You are welcome to post more, it will give other enemy posters the impression this is the best board in the country and contains friendly enemies as well as assholes but that is a given

Well, at least when you post, it has substance. Good luck with the storm.

I would've stopped reading after the first few lines had it not been so self-deprecating. This man is obviously a pro if he knows to offer up a sacrifice to the gods before speaking.

Have an upvote, sir.

Thanks for the up votes and good spirits.

It sucks being a Gators fan the past 8 years. Not only are we mediocre at best, our games are boring. At least Miles kept you wondering, for better or worse.

I hope you guys get a good coach, you don't want a zook/Muschamp. Herman would be my 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice. For obvious reasons, I think Jimbo is a 1st class slime, but he'd be a good fit.

If you're going to the game stay dry. If some dumb-arse gator fan is obnoxious, kick 'em in the jorts for me. Gators are better than that, at least off the field.

Not this pansy new crop of millennial students, who arrive late, leave early and are more interested in selfies than the game. Does LSU have this problem?

This is a worldwide phenomenon. I fear that the millenials will one day take over the world, cut the game down to two quarters, ban tackling and no touching of the hair or face.

Hey Alumni Guy you are over reacting a bit too much. Vandy can be a tricky opponent and 18-20 year olds will get more fired up to play a name opponent like Florida or LSU, no disrespect to Vanderbilt. Even with the injures, that LSU has some also, the fire will be there for both teams.

I remember 1997 LSU barely escaped Vanderbilt I think 7-6 thanks to a missed extra point while Florida beat Arkansas 55-0. The following week had the makings of a massacre... LSU won 28-21.

Now Florida, and maybe LSU aren't as good as that year, just pointing out how different College teams can be from week to week.

I love a down to earth poster. Upvoted. However, this game won't be given to us. The familiarity between cross division rivals usually makes for some interesting games.
