Watched the replay earlier.
This guy is legit.
He is knowledgable, unbiased and loves SEC football.
Fat verne is just along for the ride.
FWIW, cbs' intro and coverage of this rivalry was also first rate I thought.

Danielson is the best in the biz. He has an immense knowledge of the game and really does a great job of breaking things down in an easy to understand way, IMO. Verne sucks, but Gary is great.

I hate gary. he says the most inane things.
Verne is absolutely horrific. He is always calling the wrong name, position or spot.
I keep on waiting for him to go perriloux with the tackle when shepard is doing something.

I agree, he always gives a good analysis of whats is going on.
He goes out on the limb and tells you what is going to happen before it happens. He is usually correct.

He is pretty good at guessing trends, but it ain't exactly rocket science with LSU.
