Just because some over-exaggerate doesn't mean you can ignore some glaring issues this team has.

Just win people Kudo's to Josh Gray, hopefully got his confidence back at the end. Hornsby and TQ are such scrappers and the M@M boys with 12 blocks. Hopefully Patterson comes back for State, because right now the rest of them just are not productive. I think that statement is being kind.

We tend to let bad teams hang around for way too long.

Go back and read some of those posts by other posters. Every expert in the business has us already penciled in the tourney..yet apparently we won't win a game in the NIT because some idiot on here says so.

This team WILL make a splash and take out a big name in the Tourney. They dont have the depth to last very many games, but they will get somebody's arse

You mean the ends where he overplayed and got beat on the same play twice? And if it wasn't for the Hornsby block it might be a different outcome

Mainly lineup issues. It's expected. You could probably find guys at the UREC who could find a way to get minutes on this team.

Almost every time we go on a scoring drought, we have scrubs in to give starters a breather. We have no depth.

Gray is also pretty bad at basketball

I really like this team and I stand by my assessment that I think we will surprise people in the tournament. This team plays well (minus inbound plays and handling the press) with their backs against the wall.

Atlanta Metro Area 5.4 mil Louisiana 4.5 mil. I had no idea until I just looked it up. Gray did seem to have a better game. Not as many T.O. Mickey was a GD beast that last 18 seconds!

As long as gray has his minutes limited by Patterson then I don't disagree.

Not having Patterson hurt tonight. Very, very glad to scrape out a win against an underrated SC team

Yep. Everything slows down when he's in the game. He looks so much more comfortable out there.

They only had 12 turn overs tonight! Huge improvement right there...thats their low so far in sec play. Usually they flirt with 20

He probably will be after this season. That's why he is so angry.

South Carolina may be shitting the bed in conf play. They did beat Iowa st and Oklahoma st earlier this year.

They've played everyone but ole miss and UK tight as well. Pretty sure that guy is just scoping their record

Give South Carolina credit. That was the toughest defense and best offensive rebounding team we have played. If they could shoot a little better they would be up near the top of the conference.

I feel the same way. Glad to see turnovers were down tonight too.

This is true. Not anyone's fault. Just is. Coach JJ has worked recruiting miracles to get some players on the court.

With more players like Quarterman and Patterson coming in and staying 4 years, then our depth will slowly build.

The goal is to have a supply of 4 year players with experience to play with the the NBA prospects who Coach will continue to recruit in. That makes a good mix.

Another year of recruiting will help fill in. Right now, though, our depth is weak.

Robertson should be acclimated to his weight change by next season as well. Losing 80-100lbs is difficult for anyone to get used to..especially a 7'0" D1 basketball player.

In my following of teams LSU has played, I just noticed Clemson in the process of blowing 23 point lead.
