I didn't blame him. Simply implied that he shouldn't have been out there today.

Every time we get put on ESPN, the country gets to watch us suck. Shouldn't play on ESPN anymore IMHO.

You guys make me laugh, no one outside of LSU and USC fans were watching this. It is college baseball, don't act like we embarrassed ourselves in front of the nation.

I can pretty much guarantee you there are more poeple watching the Mexican LEague soccer game on ESPN2, than there were watching LSU baseball.

5-4 in our last three SEC series

And 3/4 we had lots of chances to win...

Need to get back on track against the Gators

I expected a hitting slump to come hopefully they pull out of it

And this hitting slump is an interesting version. They're still putting bat on ball and getting balls deep to the outfield or hitting it hard, but it's going to the defense, as opposed to earlier when it was going in the gaps or over the fence. A slump with an asterisk, if you will.

The end of our season will probably be a regional if we keep this going

Well Rhymes is horrible recently with runners in scoring position.
Nola is a stud but Glenn/Eades are little above average at best and Cotton has been exposed.

Super regional not Omaha if this keeps up.

Yeah, Vandy completed the sweep of State, putting us 3 back with 9 to play...which at this point, looks pretty insurmountable the way Vandy is playing.

Give USCe credit. Much better pitching overall this weekend. LSU is a good team. They are not a great team. There is still a lot of baseball left though. Not sure if they are a Omaha team but they should get at least a regional if they don't completely tank.

Catching Vandy may not be the goal, winning the West may be. The swine are only 2.5 behind us and they've got a wuss schedule left.

Time for some Tiger Ball!!!

Katz hasn't homered in a month, and I really don't remember his last RBI.

I still think this is an Omaha team I think one bad weekend doesn't define a season

Vanderbilt is clearly the better team right now.
They have 3 stud pitchers we have 1 might be able to beat them with NOLA but they'd kill us the other 2 games.

At least Kyle Peterson said this series loss doesn't hurt LSU.
