Glenn. Especially against Georgia who has not had much success vs. lefties this year. I think he did fine against USA, and while I don't trust him much either, I think he's closer to being a weekend starter than McCune.

I had to double take when I saw that. Hopefully this will take some pressure off Bregs.

Can I get a couple raised batting averages for 200, Alex?

I thought Strickland would leave out Walsh too, but both coaches are sticking with the low average guys. Walsh has started all 3 games.

Glenn. I think he did fine against USA
In two innings he gave up 3 of the 5 hits given up by our pitchers against S Ala Wednesday night.

In those 2 innings he threw 28 pitches with no strike outs. Not exactly an efficient performance.

I was happy when PM took him out.

That's exactly what I was thinking. Bregs is pressing bad. He struck out last night on one pitch that was in the dirt. That's not like him to do something like that.

Then we disagree which is fine. But what sucks is that our best arguments for each are along the lines of "who else is there?" or "the other has sucked more". That's not promising.

Rain has been sprinkling on and off all morning. No big clouds on the weather map.

Looks like we 'll start ontime and play thru any light rains.
