• LSU vs. Oregon (Cowboys Stadium, Arlington, Texas): "Another big-boy, first-week showdown. Oregon was in the national title game last season, and LSU may make a strong run in 2011. Cowboys Stadium has an artificial surface, so LSU Coach Les Miles will have to graze on something else."

Steve Young used to always bring a cup of dirt to every indoor game because he HAD to have the feel of dirt on his hands.
I seen no reason why Miles can't bring a small patch of Tiger Stadium.

Anybody know where to get a hat sticker. If not, someone should make one with a white hat, eye of the tiger that says THE COACH on it.

Feel really good about this game for 3 reasons. Offenses, especially high tempo ones that are based on timing take time to gel, game one might not give UO time to do this (same as bowl game lay off).
Defenses usually gel pretty quickly and we have tons of speed to make up for being out of position slightly.
JJ does really well with time to prepare, the clock has been ticking since the A&M game. How much more time could he need?
